Smithton R-VI School District

As a response to the staff and family surveys in support of a 4-Day Week for students, the Smithton R-VI Board of Education approved the change in their March meeting. This support from staff, community and the BOE will allow us to increase our opportunities to provide collaboration and training for district staff, and potentially allow us to continue to recruit and retain high quality staff. This change is made possible by the addition of 24 minutes to the school day. Please watch for more information on this exciting change to our district.
